What we do, for whom and where

ShoreWorks LLC repairs and stabilizes eroded lake and canal banks, and repairs and builds seawalls.

We work for HOA and CDD boards, property managers, golf courses and waterfront homeowners.

We work in 21 counties of South and Central Florida. The full list is on the standards page.

2Methods

An installer of several methods, not a distributor

We install geotubes, Flexamat concrete block mats, seawalls (mostly vinyl sheet piling with a concrete cap) and riprap.

We also do gabion baskets and well-point dewatering; ask us about your job. And we offer ShoreSOX, a filled tube along the bank that works on the same principle as a geotube.

We are an installing contractor. We are not a distributor of products.

Which method fits your bank is decided on the site visit, not from a photo.

That is our position. Here is what stands behind it today.

A walk along the bank does not check the lake every ten feet. So a proposal can count one tube where the water turns out to need two. That is a change order, and nobody enjoys those.

So we measure before we price.

  • On the free site visit we walk your shoreline and answer five questions before we quote anything. The shelf under the water is checked with a grade rod, not a guess. What we look at
  • The drone and sonar shoreline survey is a paid service, sold on its own. It covers the bank above and below the waterline, and you keep the survey either way. The shoreline survey
