What we commit to, and its scope
Five commitments, each with what it covers.

| Callback within 2 hours (usually sooner) | On business days, after you call or send the form. |
| Free site visit within 7 days (usually sooner) | For one lake. For a community with several lakes we quote a paid shoreline survey instead. The drone and sonar survey is always a paid service. |
| Written proposal within 2 days of the site visit | With a price range. The proposal says which permit your lake needs and how long it should take. |
| Five-year workmanship warranty | On what we build. What it covers and what it does not cover is set out in section 3. The full terms are in your contract. |
| Handover after the sod has rooted | We water the sod until then, and we check it before you sign off. At handover we walk the bank with your landscaping crew. |
3Warranty
The five-year workmanship warranty
On what we build. We do not promise a number of years of service life.
What we put in writing on a geotube job
- Five-year workmanship warranty on what we build: the fill and placement of the tube, the stakes, the blanket and the laying of the sod.
- No handover until the sod has rooted. We water it until then, and we check it before you sign off.
- A walk-through with your landscaping crew at handover, and a one-page guide: mow on top, never edge at the waterline.
What it does not cover
- Damage done by others after handover, such as an edger or a boat cutting the tube, or fabric left bare.
- After handover, watering and mowing are your landscaping contractor’s job.
For every job, the full terms are in your contract.
